Dreams33 is a non-profit foundation clearing barriers for youth impacted by foster care who wish to pursue higher education. We provide support and services to ensure every youth has the opportunity to the education needed to achieve their dreams through scholarships and educational grants.

Bridging the Gap to Higher education

Dreams33 scholarships are open to current and former foster youth who demonstrate a strong commitment to education and personal growth. To apply for a Dreams33 scholarship, eligible students can complete the form online.

Educational Grants

Achieving academic success

Dreams33 Scholarships are designed for foster or former foster youth thinking of their higher education goals. Recipients of these grants could receive partial or full grant for college, including tuition, room and board, books, and more.

Recipients will also receive ongoing support from Dreams33 staff and board to help navigate their higher education goals.
