Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a master’s degree in Human Development. Post college, she taught both in the classroom and led numerous preschool and afterschool programs. After teaching in the classroom, Erin shifted her focus to volunteering and fundraising as a parent, dedicating her efforts to supporting educational and community causes. Over the past eight years, she has built her fundraising expertise within the public school system, demonstrating a remarkable ability to drive successful fundraising initiatives and bring the community together.

Erin’s skills in communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity have been instrumental in her fundraising success. As the new Development Coordinator for Dreams33, Erin is excited to bring her passion and experience to support the organization’s mission and goals.
