Iris wishes for a summer full of movies.

I am driven to improve the lives of my community and my family. Right now, I am balancing school, work, and family responsibilities while pursuing my dream of becoming an emergency room nurse, and I am hoping to transfer into a nursing program soon.

In my professional role, I support and inspire former foster youth. This work is especially meaningful to me because I draw from my own experiences to empower others to overcome challenges and succeed. I am deeply passionate about healthcare, community service, and creating positive change.

Because of my busy schedule and responsibilities, I chose this wish as a simple way to bring more joy and balance into my life. Whether it is catching a big blockbuster, laughing through a comedy, or sharing the experience with my daughter, this would bring a lot of fun and meaningful connection into my summer.
